Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be integral to building a high-performing technical team. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and secure top-tier talent. Managing the entire recruitment process E2E- Including holding HR interviews, reference calls, and contracts.
You'll develop strategies to fill key roles and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
Sourcing: Actively source passive and active candidates through platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and events.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidates' skills to ensure a strong fit with both the role and company culture.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular feedback and support throughout the process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and recruitment best practices.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine the recruitment process, implement new strategies, and track performance metrics for optimization.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
Deep understanding of technical roles and industry trends (software engineering, data science, etc.).
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders. You'll be a key player in shaping our technical teams for future growth.
