Information Services, a division of the Rapaport Group, is a leading provider of information to the global diamond and jewelry industry. We are looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Publisher, the Digital Content Manager will be responsible for optimizing reader engagement online across all of our digital channels and driving traffic growth, while acting as the bridge between the editorial team and other departments to help execute the overall strategy.

This is a full-time, hybrid position, located in Israel.

Key responsibilities opportunities:

Managing all content presentation on the companies Rapaport.com website
Managing the technical and artistic framework for content of Rapaport digital properties
Working closely with the news, operations, marketing, and sales teams to set the overall digital content strategy
Analyzing and optimizing articles, working with the editorial team to optimize existing and future content
Maximizing the impact and reach of all content generated by the editorial team
Development and execution of data-driven growth strategy to increase readership and social engagement
Tracking of all key performance metrics; building weekly and monthly reports in addition to ad hoc investigations
Acting as the team’s eyes and ears on social media, SEO and all analytics platforms, feeding into the editorial workflow to maximize traffic
Researching competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Staying abreast of the industry, technology and market trends and best practices

Requirements:

Mother-tongue level English
3 to 5 years of experience as a content manager covering digital/online components
Proficiency in Wordpress
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and perform well under high-pressure, deadline-driven situations
Great interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred:

Proven experience implementing SEO, experience with Yoast and other SEO tools
Proven experience using and acting on data collected from key analytics tools: Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics and others
Aesthetic sense and ability to produce and adapt creative content
Swiftly identify, troubleshoot, and solve bugs/technical issues that arise
Familiarity with WordPress and frontend management.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
