Engineering Product Manager

Nayax is looking for an Engineering Product Manager to join the Engineering department. As an Engineering Product Manager, you will have a key role in driving the company’s hardware products throughout its life cycle. You will manage the products from design to production while closely controlling their internal configuration. You will understand the customers’ needs and technical and operational constraints, and work with all stakeholders to ensure appropriate delivery.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

Have full ownership of product implementation – Manage technical and process-related activities to allow on-time delivery.
Have full control of device configuration and lifecycle - Work with R&D, Operations, and Production teams to maintain BOM accuracy.
Collaboration with all stakeholders to maximize business impact.
Provide technical guidance to ensure operational & production readiness.
Become the product champion and drive product improvements.

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
5 years of experience working with Chinese OEMs as an NPI Manager, Product Manager or similar.
Familiar with Operations and Production processes.
Working successfully with Sales, Customers and Business Partners
Hands-on experience working with configuration management systems
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork, ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to lead new projects from start to finish.
