Job TitleManufacturing ManagerJob DescriptionAs Manufacturing Manager you will manage a large production unit and its related processes and staff, to deliver products against lowest cost, according to planning and quality requirements. you will analys production results and define the short-term manufacturing policy within the constraints of the industrial strategy. Define programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the manufacturing organization. Prepare manufacturing operation- and investment plans; lead plans to reduce costs. Ensure there is an optimum production process as regards routing, supplies and manpower levels. Supervise, select, develop, coach and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient manufacturing.Your role:On-time deliveries of the department’s products to customers, according to the production planUsing LEAN approach for driving improvement of the manufacturing processes, means and toolsLeading production department teams toward operational excellenceManufacturing capacity and flexibilityWorking with engineering teams to ensure smooth adaption of new technologies to productionDriving improvement in quality and reliability of the productsCompliance with all relevant safety/regulatory/environment proceduresCreating team work environment and continues employee’s skills improvementYou're the right fit if you have:B.A. in Industry and Management or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of experience as production leader or relevant leadership roles in operationsAt least 3 years of experience in people managing/senior leadership positionsExperience in high regulation environmentHigh level of English skillsAbout PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
