Finance Manager/Senior Controller

*Job Description*

Comprehensive financial and strategic management, including FP&A, treasury, cash management, accounting, compliance, and regulation.
Evaluating the organization's operational and financial performance concerning long-term operational goals, budgets, forecasts, and ongoing KPI metrics.
Supervising the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
Reporting to the CFO, with potential promotion opportunities within the company’s subsidiaries.
Hybrid work model – three fixed office days in our headquarters in Rosh HaAyin and two remote workdays.

Job Requirements
* Certified CPA – required, MBA – an advantage.
* Senior Controller or Finance Manager with 7+ years of experience in at least two business companies (advantage for high-tech companies).
* Experience in a public company – required.
* Experience in budget planning, work plans, and financial data analysis.
* High proficiency in Excel.
* Experience in daily collaboration with organizational interfaces, executives, and direct work with VPs and the CEO.
