*Position Description:*
* We are seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support the implementation and integration of FPGA components in projects for leading companies within the Israeli high-tech market, working closely with R&D and engineering teams.
* Frequent on-site customer visits, including meetings with customer engineers and tailoring component solutions to specific customer requirements.
* Customer retention and proactive identification of new business opportunities.
* The position includes a company car, competitive benefits for suitable candidates, and a professional, challenging work environment.

*Requirements:*
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with proven experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated experience in the sales of electronic components within the Israeli high-tech market.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in FPGA and ASIC design and development.
* Strong knowledge of digital logic design and implementation using VHDL and Verilog.
* Experience working with synthesis, simulation, and implementation tools (e.g., Vivado, Quartus).
* Experience with communication protocols.
* Familiarity with the defense and industrial markets – a significant advantage.
* Proven ability to identify and develop new customers.
* High level of self-management, excellent interpersonal skills, proven sales capabilities, strong process-driving abilities, creativity, and flexible thinking.
* Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
