Description

At-Bay is seeking a passionate and experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, ongoing maintenance, improvement, and innovation.

Responsibilities
Lead IT Infrastructure projects from proof of concept to implementation.
Maintain IT Infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security compliance.
Maintain Patch management and Zero-day patches for our macOS fleet.
Work with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues on both an infrastructure level and employee issues (Helpdesk).
Requirements
Service-oriented individual with a can-do approach, eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
4 years of hands-on experience as an IT System Administrator at a global SaaS-oriented tech company.
Proven experience with IT & Security projects using up-to-date technologies.
Must have good knowledge of modern SaaS concepts and protocols (SCIM, SSO).
Experience with macOS MDM services.
Experience with firewalls and network switches (e.g., Meraki, FortiGate) and a firm understanding of network concepts and principles.
Experience with Bash Scripting.
Experience in internal customer support & helpdesk.
Information security-oriented and strives for well-architected infrastructure; knowledge of IT domains and innovative technologies.
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the following systems is a big advantage: Cato, Meraki, Google Workspace, AWS, GCP, Atlassian, GitHub, Zoom, Azure, Python.
