1. Maintaining Contact with Overseas Distributors in the Coatings Field 2. Support for Distributors in the Following Areas: a. In-depth Familiarity with the Major Distributors' Customers in Each Market & Purchased Items b. Assisting Distributors in Handling Customer Orders c. Quarterly Order Consolidation Activities from Customers d. Clarification Regarding Product Availability e. Identification of Errors & Issues in Orders 3. Customer Visits & Providing Responses, Technical Inquiries, & Customer Complaints, in the Following Aspects: a. Collection of Product Complaints b. Testing Complaints in the Lab c. Information Collection d. Drawing Marketing Conclusions to Aid in Customer Retention 4. Company Positioning Assessment in Various Markets, Strategies for Market Share Growth, & Entry into Additional Territories 5. Formulation of Product Pricing Policy with Distributors & in Various Markets 6. Management of Product Codes, Item Groups, & Pricing Groups 7. Involvement in Product Quality Control System & Control Processes 8. Continuous Communication with Production & Lab Floor Managers 9. Coordination with Department Managers 10. Flights for Meetings with Distributors 11. Direct Reporting to the Company CEO Employee Requirements: 1. Education/Experience in Plastics/Polymer/PVC - Significant Advantage 2. 3-6 years as an Export Product Manager in a Manufacturing Plant - Mandatory 3. Experience from a Global Plant in Distributor Support and Systematic Handling of Customer Complaints and Issues - Mandatory 4. Experience in Color Matching - Mandatory 5. Extensive Technical Understanding of Products - Mandatory 6. Stable Employment History of at Least 3 Years in the Workplace - Mandatory 7. Self-Positioning as an Expert in the Field - Mandatory 8. Product Pricing Experience - Mandatory 9. 3-6 years in Export Sales, low-tech Industry - Mandatory 10. 3-6 years in Business Development Overseas in a Global Industry - Mandatory 11. Advanced Excel Experience - Mandatory 12. Experience in Priority - Significant Advantage 13. Ability to Collaborate with the Plant and Customers and Establish Work Processes - Mandatory 14.
