We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the full life cycle of our recruitment processes.

The role consists of:

End-to-end recruitment processes for our growing departments.
Phone interviews and face-to-face interviews
Sourcing, job postings on job sites and in digital media
Working with placement companies and developing recruitment channels
Accompanying managers at different levels in the firm in the recruitment processes

Requirements:

Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment in an organization / optional: at least one year of experience in a placement company - necessary
English at a good level (including: speaking, reading, writing).
Ability to drive, manage work priorities and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree from the worlds of MA/ Psychology/ Sociology - a significant advantage.
