Our employees share a common set of values - Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement , Working as a Process Operator within a manufacturing environment, you will work a 40-hour week, Sunday to Thursday on a 9h shift pattern alternating between 06:00-18:00 , In this role you will be part of a fast paced and highly dynamic team that is responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and packaging . Our ability to grow year after year is driven by our ability to attract, develop and retain world-class people who will thrive in our environment and share in our desire to improve.Responsibilities:Proactively drive to eliminate unsafe situations or practices observed with department.Following work instruction document, standard operating procedures and standard worksAssembling product using specific written instructions, blueprints and drawingsRecord corrects and accurate documentation in Production Control DocumentsPerform inspection of in-process and finished product.Participate in PPI (Practical Process Improvements), Lean and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities.Assist in training function of co-workers and mentoring.Daily Schedule adherence.Understand the performance metrics, safety metrics and practices for your team/department.Allocate materials to process orders using the stock management system (SAP).Experience, skills & abilities required:Demonstrates good attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, record data accurately and is comfortable using a computer, including e-mail._Has the ability to meet the physical demands of the role which includes manual lifting of multiple 25kg bags of materials.Manufacturing experience is preferred, however, is not essential.Consistently demonstrates our 4i Values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation & InvolvementMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrates good attention to detail.Have the ability to follow written instructions, record data accurately.comfortable using a computer, including e-mail.Good verbal/written communicationAbility to follow complex procedures.Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles2 years production experience (preferred)Ability to work in a team environment.Puts the Customer FirstThinks and acts with the customer always in mind and is dedicated to meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Can explain who their customers are, and how their daily work impacts the customer.Owns Their ResultsTakes personal accountability for their daily presence, performance, and productivity and always exercises good judgement.Is highly reliable and consistently meets or exceeds job requirements.Takes personal accountability for adherence to safety, compliance, quality, and security.Finds a Better Way Every DayEmbrace continuous improvement, asks questions and seeks opportunities to learn from others and from new experiences.Takes the initiative to share ideas on how to make jobs easier and strengthen our performance.
