Experienced Software Engineer – Core Infra

Redis is looking for a mid-level Software Engineer to join our Core Infra team
Our tram is a high-trust team that collaborates with nearly every engineering group at Redis. We value simplicity, clarity, and impact — and we build tools that make life easier for the engineers around us.

You'll work at the intersection of infrastructure and product — collaborating with teams across the organization, shaping critical workflows, and influencing the architecture behind Redis's core technologies. What You'll Do
Build and scale core infrastructure for Redis products — with a focus on reliability, performance, and observability.
Lead and participate in architecture discussions and cross-team initiatives.
Design internal tools and development platforms that empower engineering teams.
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive smarter, faster infrastructure.
What You'll Need
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - A must
2+ years of hands-on software development experience (Python preferred) - A must
Solid understanding of OOP principles and modern software practices
Familiarity with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and clear communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Redis or other NoSQL databases
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Comfortable working in Linux environments
Familiarity with Agile methodology
