Position Summary

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end seed export process (commercial sales and samples), from order receipt through final delivery to the customer. The position also supports post-sale activities to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full customer order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing from order entry through delivery.

Maintain ongoing communication with Sales Managers and customers.

Receive and review customer orders, clarify all relevant details, and enter orders into the system.

Coordinate and manage the internal order fulfillment process in collaboration with Commercial, Planning & Control, Production, Quality Control, Finance, and Management teams.

Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.

Prepare and ensure compliance of all export documentation in accordance with destination country regulations and legal requirements.

Coordinate shipments with logistics providers, optimizing for security, transit time, and cost efficiency.

Monitor and track shipments through to final delivery.

Manage seed return processes when required.

Oversee seed exports for sample and breeding programs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in a relevant field).

Minimum of 3 years experience managing air and sea export shipments, including work with shipping lines and customs brokers in the agriculture or pharmaceutical sectors – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and documentary credits (Letters of Credit).

Familiarity with the seed industry – an advantage.

Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours when required.

Languages- Hebrew – Native proficiency, English – Fluent to near-native level (mandatory), Additional languages – Significant advantage.
