What Will You Do?
Lead Team of Developers (Full Squad - BE/FE/QA Automation) in Israel
Lead the team technically towards successful implementation and delivery, with the right fit to the technical and business requirements
Responsibility for execution of the team on time and quality
Engage with technical and business stakeholders to define and design technical solutions for new features
Promote agile methodology and practices within the team
Drive towards a full CI/CD approach and promote an automation agenda
Work closely with the product department to build a roadmap and sprint execution
Mentor developers within the team
Drive to keep enhancing the performance and capabilities within the team personas (velocity, feedback culture, etc.)
Troubleshoot real-world and challenging customer issues from some of the most prominent companies in the world, debugging complex problems and dealing with both high-throughput and low-latency systems
Taking a feature from design to production in rapid timelines
Promotes a culture of quality

What Will You Need?
Overall Experience of 8+ Years
Team Lead management experience of more than 3+ years
At least 3 years of hands-on Java coding & Spring Frameworks
Hands-on experience working with dockers and Kubernetes
Proficiency in managing and maturing a team in an agile environment
Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. Postgres, Cassandra, Elastic, etc)
Good interpersonal skills
Degree in Computer Science, similar Engineering fields, or equivalent experience (e.g. Mamram / 8200 graduate)
Excellent/Fluent written and spoken English

Experience working in a full CI/CD environment
Knowledge in Node.JS
Experience in NestJS framework
Experience in Angular/React
