AI Solutions Engineering Manager 2+ years of experience leading teams, or strong experience mentoring and guiding others Proven success in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Delivery, Technical Account Management, Support, or Technical Product/Program Management Strong technical skills and the ability to go hands-on when needed Experience working with complex customer requirements and custom solutions Ability to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and shape practical solutions around them Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple parallel workstreams A process-oriented mindset, with the ability to build structure in fast-moving environments Interest in using AI to improve how delivery is done, not just what is delivered Excitement about helping companies adopt AI in a way that meaningfully transforms how they work Excellent communication skills, high ownership, and strong judgment Senior Solutions Engineer 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, etc.) Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort working across data, APIs, and integrations Experience implementing or configuring BI / analytics tools (e.g., Superset, Looker, Tableau) Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to thrive in a startup environment with broad responsibilities ******* AI Solutions Engineer 3–6+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally backend, full-stack, or AI-related work Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Delivery, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, or Technical Product/Program Management Strong ability to own projects end-to-end, including timelines, execution, and stakeholder management Experience working with customers on complex requirements and custom solutions Strong technical depth and the ability to stay hands-on when needed Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Ability to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and shape practical solutions around them Startup mindset: proactive, independent, and comfortable with ambiguity
