Quality Engineer

ברוקר טכנולוגיות / Bruker Technologies In this role, you will be responsible for implement and maintain the activities of the Bruker’s Quality Management System. Implement standards, methods, and procedures for inspection, testing and evaluation the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products. · Maintain ISO9001/2015 accreditation and improve quality management system (QMS) · Lead suppliers’ quality improvement initiatives and manage effectively the MRB process · Manage the production quality control, initiate, and drive quality improvement initiatives to reduce # of NCs in tools production · Collect and analyze tools installation failures and drive root cause analysis & corrective actions · Be a key contributor in implementing lessons learned culture & methodologies · Lead internal and subcontractors’ auditing process · Lead FAI and incoming inspection processes · Build and implement product Quality Control Plan · Assure that quality and reliability topics are addressed during product design process (FMEA) · Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products & company processes · Measure & analyze quality KPI’s · Production engineer with quality control experience or certified quality engineer · Experience and deep technical understanding of multidisciplinary equipment production · Good understanding of Lessons Learned, OBQ, MRB, ISO9001/2015, and general quality · Auditing background · Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role · Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies · In-depth understanding of technical documentation · Familiarity with statistical analysis PERSONAL SKILLS: · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Computer literate with Microsoft software packages; Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Fluent in English communication · Ability to manage cross department quality improvement initiatives · Familiarity with the tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality · Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities · Team player
