Global Travel Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Global Travel Manager to establish and manage a Corporate Travel Program on a global scale.
This role involves supporting travelers globally, ensuring consistent adequate service level for business operations, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, and oversee travel service providers and systems.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to optimize travel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and strategic objectives

What you'll be spending your time on:

Shaping and monitoring Payoneer's Corporate Travel Program
Managing Global Travel Operations and ensuring consistent delivery to support business needs
Serving as the point of contact for worldwide travelers' inquiries and support requests
Maintaining vendor relationship and service level
Educating teams and monitoring compliance with the Global Travel Policy
Collection and analysis of financial and operational data for sharing with relevant stakeholders
Travel systems selection and implementation
Collaboration with relevant teams in organizing company events and offsites

The position will report to the Senior Director of Finance Operations.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

6+ years of experience in Corporate Travel at a global organization
Proficiency in English
Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills
Profound understanding of travel policies, expense management, and vendor management
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
