GigaSpaces is looking for a Social Media Content Developer - Part Time

We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual to help increase the visibility of our flagship product, eRAG, across online communities and GenAI-powered search platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, initiate, and engage in relevant conversations on platforms like Quora, with the goal of building thought leadership presence and ensuring our content is surfaced by GenAI engines (e.g., Perplexity).

As pioneers in data-tech, we are on a mission to revolutionize access to structured data using natural language and are building a SaaS platform for business owners that provides real-time answers to ad-hoc business questions based on organisations structured databases.

The position is Hybrid.

Hours: 10–15 hours per week (flexible)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor relevant social platforms and forums (e.g., Quora, Reddit, LinkedIn groups) for discussions related to GenAI, operational data, and enterprise data access.
Initiate and contribute to conversations by creating insightful, credible, and engaging posts that highlight the value of eRAG.
Repurpose existing company materials (blogs, case studies, webinar insights) into platform-appropriate responses and short-form content.
Identify trending topics and opportunities to insert eRAG into broader conversations around AI, data, and business intelligence.
Track engagement and share feedback on what types of content or responses gain traction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging consistency.

Requirements
‘Social platform guru’ – someone who lives online, has an understanding of social and content platforms
Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
(Familiarity with Quora, Reddit, and other online Q&A or community platforms.)
Strong advantage to candidates with understanding of GenAI, data analytics, or enterprise software (or willingness to learn quickly).
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable researching and quickly synthesizing information into thought-leadership style responses.
