Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing team with various administrative and logistical tasks. This includes managing event logistics, creating and managing marketing materials, and supporting the online marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

· Manage event logistics for all marketing activities worldwide, including coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, and tracking shipments.

· Create and manage marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and giveaways.

· Support the digital marketing team by managing webinars and podcasts and building digital assets.

· Process purchase orders and track inventory levels worldwide.

· Track payments and invoices.

· Work with legal to ensure that all marketing materials are compliant.

· Other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Prior experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
