We're looking for an IT Specialist to join us!

Requirements:

3+ years of IT support or system administration experience.
Strong skills in PowerShell and Bash scripting.
Deep understanding of Windows Domain Controller, Intune, and cross-platform environments.
Experience managing EDR and DLP solutions.
Experience managing SaaS tools and enforcing access/security controls.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Python scripting experience.
Familiarity with SSO/SCIM and endpoint security tools.

Responsibilities:

Manage, support & troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
Administer Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD (users, groups, policies).
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and secure SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, SalesForce etc.)
Manage and maintain EDR and DLP solutions (Microsoft Defender, Crowdstrike etc.)
Create and enforce IT and Security policies across all platforms.
Maintain IT asset inventory.
Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
