For our company site in Holon, within a business unit specializing in the development of advanced technological systems in the wireless radio communication field, we are looking for an experienced professional production process team leader

You will be responsible on production process stability by driving support and processes that impact floor performances
Lead NPI activities close work and alignment with R&D team to secure DFx transition to operations

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor team of HW engineers for excellence
Drive product production processes yield and performances
Manage NPI and DFx activities with full alignment on future products release and transferring to operation
Prepare engineering documents including: ECOs, ECPs, SPECs, SOW, Failure analysis reports, etc.
Interface with other functions such as production, supply-chain and R&D
Support ATE activities internally and with subcontractors, including SPEC Preparation and QUAL
Lead root cause analysis on product quality issues, identify trends, and communicate with QA / R&D on a regular basis
Lead the actions for Quality improvement
Collaborate with the QA team to support process-related validations for manufacturing, jigs, etc.
Set the yearly FPY, DOA KPI's and execute with the team
Be responsible for evaluating current suppliers, approving new suppliers and disqualifying suppliers from the engineering perspective
Establish new processes to improve delivery of engineering department
