Head of IT

Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the global IS function, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives. • Oversee the management and enhancement of the ERP system (Priority ERP), ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business requirements. • Drive the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies, leveraging Power BI or similar tools to deliver actionable insights and data-driven decision-making. • Implement, integrate, manage, and optimize the Genesys Call center operations, focusing on improving customer experience and operational efficiency. • Ensure the smooth integration of acquired companies and lead the Post Merger Integration processes, harmonizing IT/IS systems and processes. • Own the Office 365 environment, including collaboration tools, communication platforms, and security measures. • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control. • Relevant academic background • English and Hebrew at a native level • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and Information Systems leadership roles, preferably in a global software company or technology-driven organization. • Strong expertise in ERP systems, specifically Priority ERP – A must • Proven track record in driving business intelligence initiatives, leveraging Power BI or similar tools. • In-depth knowledge of call center operations and experience with Genesys or other leading call center platforms. • Experience with M&A processes and Post Merger Integration. • Proficiency in managing Office 365 environments and familiarity with collaboration tools, communication platforms, and security measures. • Excellent leadership and people management skills. • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time, on budget, and quality. • Our offices are in Rosh HaAyin – 4 days at the office.
