Job summary

The Data Services team at NetApp helps customers protect and govern their data wherever it lives. We drive preference for our primary storage platforms through a consolidated set of data protection and governance offerings. Our team is looking to hire an experienced Backend Developer, in this role you will:

Take a leading role in the design and development of scalable, real-time SaaS solutions to serve the largest enterprise customers from around the world

Work on an advanced distributed micro-services system, designed to scan PBs of data and provide business-critical insights.

Design an enterprise-level production system capable of operating in hybrid & multi-cloud environments

Participate in the full product life-cycle, designing and implementing requirements from idea to production

Job requirements

You Have:

5+ years of Back End hands-on coding and software design experience
BSc / MSc degree in computer science or similar
Experience with Working on Cloud Environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong knowledge of the design and architecture of SaaS systems.
Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
Experience with SQL & NoSQL Databases (MYSQL/PostgreSQL/Redis/MongoDB, or similar)
Experience with Linux operating system.

Advantages:

Significant work experience with Python

Experience with ETL & Distributed Queues technologies such as: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kinesis, Logstash

Experience with performance testing, Scale testing
