Software Development Team Lead

We are looking for a talented leader to lead our software department team.

We are developing a cutting edge solution for home plans management.

We are looking for a strong technical and managerial leader who can deliver systems and features from initiation to full production scale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Full ownership of delivering a high-quality product.
Lead and manage the Software Development team.
Design, and architect software solutions and features.
Meet company OKR and KPIs.
Meeting tight deadlines.
Adjustments to product and technology changes.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experience:

5+ years of experience as a team leader.
Proven experience delivering complex solutions to production.
Experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining in an AWS environment.
Must have experience in Web development, Backend and cloud development.
Must have hands-on experience in the following areas:
React, Node.js , Java, C#, .Net, Python.
AWS serverless.
CI/CD.
Highly motivated and self directed.
Creative, out of the box problem solving.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fully comfortable working in English, both in writing and speaking.
Advantage:
Familiarity with Design Solutions including Revit, Rhino, Solidworks.
Mobile development for both IOS / Android is a plus.
DevOps experience.
