About The Position

We are looking for a proactive and responsive Legal Counsel to join us. This is a standalone legal role (only for the first few months) supporting a global business, ideal for a hands-on legal professional who is comfortable working independently and managing a wide range of legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will act as the sole legal contact in the company during the coverage period and must be comfortable advising various teams with business-minded, risk-aware guidance.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including sales, vendor, partnership, licensing, and NDAs.
Serve as the go-to legal advisor for global business functions including sales, operations, HR, product, and finance.
Monitor and manage legal risk across the organization, providing practical and timely advice.
Handle corporate housekeeping matters, contract lifecycle management, and ensure documentation is well organized.
Support compliance initiatives, including data privacy, regulatory obligations, and internal policy reviews.
Coordinate with external counsel on specialized matters or local jurisdictional issues.
Maintain responsiveness and clarity in communications, ensuring business continuity and timely support.
Requirements
Law degree from a reputable institution and bar admission in Israel.
2+ years of legal experience, ideally including in-house counsel work.
Strong understanding of commercial law.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver practical solutions under tight timelines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, business-partnering mindset.
Prior experience in a fast-paced or scaling environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in a tech or digital business environment.
Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Previous experience as sole counsel or in a small legal team.
