People Operations Manager

We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to own the backbone of our People function - managing our systems, processes, and data while supporting our growing team and leaders.

What You’ll Do

Manage HiBob - configuration, automation, reporting, and optimization.
Maintain clean, accurate people data and deliver insights that drive decisions.
Support managers through performance reviews, onboarding, and people processes.
Design and refine scalable workflows across the employee lifecycle.
Track and analyze key people metrics (headcount, retention, engagement).
Partner cross-functionally with different stakeholders in the company to align systems and policies.

Requirements:

4+ years in People Operations, HRBP, or similar roles in a startup - MUST
Hands-on experience managing HiBob (or a comparable HRIS).
Strong data and process mindset — you care about accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with managers at all levels.
Fluent in English - must
