Maintenance Manager

About The Position

We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team!

Hands-on management and execution of maintenance tasks as needed in areas such as construction, electrical systems, elevators, etc.
Responsibility for and execution of maintenance activities related to building systems, including fire detection and suppression systems, elevators, electrical infrastructure and panels, generators, air pressure systems, lifting equipment, etc.
Managing communication with authorities (e.g., Fire Department) and the local government regarding relevant procedures, including business licensing, site documentation, factory documentation, etc.
Managing relationships with subcontractors in the area of building maintenance as needed.
Responsibility for and handling maintenance activities related to electrical systems.
Writing and enforcing guidelines related to the maintenance of building systems and equipment.
Acting as the company’s and its subsidiaries' security officer – understanding the regulatory requirements and the parent company's requirements abroad, and implementing them locally.
Managing the annual budget, including preparing work plans for necessary building improvements and investments.
Requirements
Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager role, including team management – mandatory
Certified Electrician License / relevant certifications or qualifications – significant advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office – mandatory
Familiarity with Priority software – advantage
Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems – advantage
Structured and organized work approach, with a systemic perspective and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple interfaces
Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal communication skills
Fluent in English – mandatory
