Position Summary
The Radware Link Program Manager is responsible for driving the success of Radware Link. This includes program administration, strategic optimization, and key initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Additionally, the role involves promoting the Radware Link brand both internally and externally to align with company goals and ensure the program’s impact is maximized.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management and Optimization
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the Radware Link program, ensuring seamless execution.
· Develop and implement strategies to drive Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention (AER) of program members.
· Plan and execute innovative initiatives to celebrate customer milestones and create meaningful member experiences.
· Monitor and report on program KPIs, using insights to refine and improve strategies.
2. Customer Engagement
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Product) to engage with customers at key lifecycle stages.
· Design programs that deliver value to members, such as thought leadership content, peer networking opportunities, and exclusive resources.
· Handle member queries and ensure timely communication to maintain trust and satisfaction.
3. Promotion of Radware Link Brand
Internal Promotion:
· Serve as the internal advocate for the Radware Link program, ensuring alignment and awareness across teams.
· Partner with Corporate Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to create materials and campaigns that highlight the program’s value.
External Promotion:
· Collaborate with Corporate and Product Marketing to create compelling campaigns that promote Radware Link to the market.
· Equip Sales with materials and messaging to position Radware Link as a differentiator in customer conversations.
· Amplify the program’s visibility at events, in webinars, and through digital platforms.
4. Reporting and Analysis
· Track program performance through KPIs such as member acquisition, engagement levels, and retention rates.
· Regularly present program updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
· Continuously analyze feedback to ensure Radware Link evolves to meet customer needs.
5. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment
· Partner with Corporate Marketing to develop and execute promotional strategies.
· Work with Product Marketing to align program initiatives with product goals and updates.
· Collaborate with Sales teams to integrate Radware Link into customer success strategies and proposals.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in program management, customer engagement, or community building.
· Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize program performance.
· Creativity to design unique customer experiences and promotional strategies.
