Project Manager- Chinese Speaker

Your mission

We're currently seeking a Chinese speaker Project Manager to join our team, overseeing projects, and ensuring their successful execution.
The ideal candidate should possess a high level of organization skills, a data-driven approach, and substantial experience in project management tracking.
This role requires self-management, the ability to lead without formal authority, and a broad perspective on problem-solving. The candidate should be adaptable to changes and capable of working effectively under pressure.

Your mission:
As a Project Manager at Sungrow, your mission is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of diverse projects while aligning with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, budget and cost.
* Manage change orders in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
* Travel to Sungrow's headquarters in Hefei, China, to inspect and verify customer orders before they are shipped to Israel. This includes checking the accuracy of orders and ensuring they meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with the production and logistics teams in Hefei to address any issues or discrepancies identified during the order inspection process.
* Provide regular updates to the Israel team regarding the status of customer orders, ensuring transparent communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
* Act as a liaison between the Israel office and the headquarters in China, facilitating effective communication and coordination for the successful execution of projects.
* Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements during the inspection and shipment process.
* Lead continuous improvements and the development of organizational processes.

Your profile

* Super organized with a data-driven perspective and experienced in project management tracking, in large and complex projects.
* Proficient in Mandarin (HSK Level 4).
* Self-management with ability to manage independently.
* Strong technical knowledge in inverters and/or energy storage systems.
* Can work in a global multi-cultural and in matrix organization environment.
* Possesses a wide perspective and strong problem-solving skills.
* Flexible and adept at working under pressure.
* Demonstrates assertiveness, teamwork, coaching, and leadership abilities.
* Proficient in PC software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project).
* Fluent command of written and spoken Hebrew and English at a C1 level.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
