Your Impact & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative, results-oriented designer with strong UI experience, deep user journey knowledge, and a passion for user acquisition to join our team. You will:

Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for our online assets, landing pages, and products, optimizing for both functionality and user acquisition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive end-to-end user experiences across platforms.
Lead design projects from research, ideation, wireframes, and visual design through to delivery and QA, creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and conversion
Team collaboration: work with other team members and peers to improve outcomes and internal processes
Work closely with product managers, marketing managers, and developers to continuously improve and evolve our UI/UX standards.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a design role with a B2C focus, specializing in user acquisition and performance-driven design, especially for landing pages
Proficiency with WordPress and Elementor
Skilled in wireframing and prototyping using tools like Figma and Adobe Photoshop
Strong data-driven mindset, with a focus on user acquisition, creative, banners and product design
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with Adobe After Effects
Familiarity with UI/UX design for utility apps
Experience in designing web extensions
