Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute employee engagement activities such as happy hours, volunteering, holiday celebrations, team activity, and much more.
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Provide the BEST service to all employees
Shorten response and resolution time for ongoing and special requests

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioral Science or a related field
A genuine passion for creating memorable employee experiences and a desire to provide outstanding customer service are critical
Proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands while maintaining a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
