Responsibilities

Supporting employees worldwide – with all IT issues
Installing and upgrading PC’s system components
working with networks appliances such as: Firewalls, Switches, and Access Points
Responsibility for Devices & Users Management via Microsoft & Google Platforms
Responsibility for setup and configuring Payroll software’s
Configuring and administrating Information systems

Requirements

2 years experience in IT Support role
Knowledge working with Intune, Azure Active Directory Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 apps
Experienced with support for Windows & MAC OS
Education/Certification: MCSA/MCSE/CCNA – Advantage
Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software issues
Knowledge in Fortinet Firewalls
working with payroll software’s such as: Hashavit, Shiklulit – Advantage
Fluent English communication.

Ability to work independently / team, with multi-tasking capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Hands-on with a can-do approach
