We’re looking for a dynamic experienced Quality Director to join our manufacturing site in the north of Israel.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Quality Director will have full responsibility of Quality Management and the performance for SolarEdge Products manufactured in Israel.
The Quality Director will manage the local SolarEdge Quality organization located at Sella1 Tziporit industrial zone Nof HaGalil.
The Quality Director will report directly to the VP of Global Quality at SolarEdge Headquarters in Israel.

Requirements:

Education:

Engineering B.Sc. (Industrial/Production/Mechanical/Materials or Electronics Engineer) as minimum, M.Sc. is advantage.
Certified Quality/Reliability Engineer (CQE/CRE) as minimum, Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is advantage.
6 Sigma green belt certification, black belt certification is an advantage.

Experience, Skills and Others:

At least 10 years of working experience in Quality with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality management of multidisciplinary electronics mass production, own manufacturing or at Contract Manufacturers of first-class international level EMS.
Good management skills and experience to lead successful Quality organization for excellence performance to achieve SolarEdge goals.
Proven experience to meet KPIs by implementing quality improvements on the production lines to meet the high Reliability standards.
Proven leadership and experience managing big local teams.
Proven experience of deferent production methodologies, technologies, and processes for: High-end Electronics, Electro-Mechanics and Mechanical Products.
Good Personal skills for data analysis, root cause investigation, planning and vision.
Good computing skills, familiarity with ERP, PDM, MES, ATE systems, office, and statistics programs.
Team player, capable of supporting local operation needs and remote management from HQs.
Educated Management skills for leadership and guidance.
Good verbal, reading and writing in English and Hebrew.
