System Engineer

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end system design of our smart camera solutions. You will define system requirements, architecture, and integration processes — ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable products that meet market and business needs.As part of your role, you will:Define and collect system requirements in collaboration with product managers, customers, and technical stakeholdersDesign end-to-end system architecture, including hardware, software, computer vision components, and communication interfacesWrite detailed technical documentation: System Requirements Specs (SRS), Interface Control Documents (ICD), Design documents, and test plansLead integration processes of hardware and software components, including debugging and root cause analysisCollaborate closely with teams across hardware, software, algorithms, QA, and manufacturingOwn the planning and execution of system-level Verification & Validation (V&V) processesAnalyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective system-level solutionsSupport system testing, installations, and customer deployments — from early trials to post-launch supportEvaluate new technologies and lead the selection and implementation of innovative system solutionsYou should bring with you:B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in System Engineering, preferably in multidisciplinary product developmentProven experience with camera-based systems, computer vision, or AI-powered platformsBroad technical understanding in areas such as embedded systems, communication protocols, sensors, and opticsStrong technical writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documentation in EnglishStrong leadership, independence, and the ability to drive cross-functional processesExcellent interpersonal skills and a strategic, system-oriented mindsetBonus points if you have:Experience working in fast-paced product companies or startupsHands-on experience with real-time systems or hardware/software integrationFamiliarity with JIRA, Monday.com, or similar toolsBackground in supporting field deployments and customer installationsWhy You’ll Love Working Here:Be part of a global sports-tech company shaping the future of sports broadcastingCollaborate with top engineers on impactful, real-world technologyWork in a dynamic and agile environment with exciting growth opportunitiesHelp bring intelligent camera systems to sports fans around the worldJoin the Team!If you're a system thinker who loves building complex technologies that make a difference — we’d love to hear from you.
