Reports to: VP, General Counsel
Job Description:

Lead tender filing and analyze contractual and commercial risks
Accompany engagements with customers, business partners, and suppliers
Formulate strategic action plans and address issues during project execution
Collaborate with senior interfaces within the company
Work with external lawyers in Israel and overseas, including on legal proceedings

Job requirements:

LL.B – Mandatory
Membership in the Israel Bar Association – Mandatory
Experience of 7 years and above, 5 years at least as an internal lawyer of a global company – Mandatory
Experience in negotiations and contract drafting
English mother tongue level – Mandatory
Willingness to work strenuous and flexible hours
