PMO

Description

Deloitte’s NetSuite team is looking for a PMO to join our team and support the delivery and ongoing management of ERP projects. The role includes:

• Supporting project managers in the delivery of ERP projects, including follow-up on tasks, timelines, and key milestones.

• Building and maintaining project management formats, trackers, and control tools aligned with the ERP project lifecycle.

• Supporting budget tracking and helping maintain an accurate view of project financial status.

• Working closely with the activity manager to provide a clear picture of project health across the team.

• Providing support for cross-team coordination and helping manage ongoing tasks across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong interpersonal skills, high level of organization, and a proactive approach.

• Familiarity with technological projects, with an emphasis on ERP projects.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel in a dynamic environment.

• High level of English, both written and spoken.
