About The Position
Fetcherr experts in deep learning, e-commerce, and digitization, Fetcherr disrupts traditional systems with its cutting-edge AI technology. At its core is the Large Market Model (LMM), an adaptable AI engine that forecasts demand and market trends with precision, empowering real-time decision-making. Specializing initially in the airline industry, Fetcherr aims to revolutionize industries with dynamic AI-driven solutions.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Global Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Fetcherr. In this role, you will lead sales efforts across the EMEA region, focusing on building relationships with airline partners and driving new business growth. You will own the full sales cycle and collaborate closely with teams across Product, Marketing, AI, and Operations to position Fetcherr as the leading AI solution for airline pricing and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Co-develop and implement a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive market expansion across the EMEA region
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics in the airline and travel-tech sectors
Customer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key airline executives and stakeholders, deeply understanding their needs and positioning Fetcherr’s product suite as the preferred solution
Sales Operations: Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, reporting, and CRM processes to ensure effective sales execution.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across Product, Marketing, Data/AI, and Operations to ensure alignment between customer needs and Fetcherr’s offerings
Deal Closure & Handover: Lead contract negotiations and close deals with new accounts, ensuring a smooth and professional transition to the onboarding and account management teams.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Fetcherr at key industry events, conferences, and forums to increase visibility and reinforce our brand leadership in AI-driven airline pricing
About The Position
You’ll be a great fit if you have...
10+ years of sales experience, preferably within the aviation or travel technology sector
Previous experience in dynamic pricing and airline revenue management systems is a strong advantage
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with top-tier enterprise customers (7-figure deals)
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Strong understanding of AI concepts and the ability to articulate their business value in enterprise contexts
