Bus & Technology Delivery Associate Director

• Areas of Responsibility:
o Business management: responsibility for the business activity in the field from the initiation phase of consulting services, management of the sales process, management of the engagement contract and financial agreements, responsibility for the execution, quality and profitability of the projects
o Professionalism: development of consulting practice - recruitment of consultants to the field and development of relevant skills and knowledge
o Relations in the sector: creating relations with managerial functions in the sector, the growth of business activity and support in positioning Accenture as a leading consulting company

• Background and experience
o Experience in developing a business activity in the Management Consulting world Business activity management (profit and loss)
o Significant familiarity with senior management functions/functions and relevant business understanding
o Experience in the world of consulting (preferably from a global consulting company)
o Ability and desire to lead field development from the early stages
o Management experience from a recognized company
