Technical Customer Application Engineer - Automotive Imaging Radar

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Customer Application Engineer to join our team, supporting the integration of our state-of-the-art automotive imaging radar technology into the next generation of vehicles.

Our vision is to bring new and cutting-edge automotive radar sensor solutions, while leveraging Mobileye’s assets and expertise in this field. Introducing best in class Radar sensor that would complement Mobileye’s end-to-end autonomous driving solution platform. What will your job look like?
Provide technical support to key automotive customers on complex technical issues
Work closely and Collaborate with our R&D team to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with customers throughout the development cycle, from initial concept and feasibility studies to product integration and deployment.
Create technical collaterals: application notes, user guide, product documentation
Create variant solutions for customer issues, take proactive actions to ensure customer high satisfaction
Design and integrate customer first level analysis tools
Support product evaluation process with specific customers
Report customer feedback and requests back to support manager, product group, and R&D

All you need is:
BSc in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or similar
2+ years of experience as an Application Engineer or Field Engineer
Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary product systems
Wide system integration view with high analytical and problem-solving skills.
Well organized and methodical
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong sense of accountability and quality
Excellent English writing skills
Familiar with Automotive\Military Radar operations - high advantage
Familiar with RF products or with the Automotive industry - an advantage
Programming: MATLAB, Python - an advantage
