We are looking for Lab IT technician and help desk for our teams for in the Telecom industry.

Full-time position in Haifa.

What will you be accountable for?

You will be responsible for supporting the newest before they are released to the market and supporting the Validation team at the IT Level.

Maintained all IT equipment at the lab, supporting users at IT inventory, debugging and fixing IT issues.

Responsibilities:
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the connectivity of various lab instruments, ensuring seamless data flow between instruments and data systems.
Collaborate with lab personnel, vendors, and IT teams to implement and integrate instrument-specific software and protocols
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to lab personnel regarding instrument connectivity, software, and other related issues.
Collaborate with IT teams to address network-related challenges affecting lab instrument
Test operation of machines periodically
Responsibility for ordering equipment and inventory

Requirements

knowledge of IT- Must
know PC and architecture and how to build PC from scratch- Must
good English - Must
high motivation to help and support users with good commutation skills - must
Long term- Must
Lab IT technician and help desk for connectivity lab
Maintained all IT equipment at lab
support users at IT level
Manage IT inventory at lab

Willingness to work on hardware and be in LAB all day.
