This individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively partner with various departments.Job DescriptionFinancial Planning & Analysis – Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and longterm planning– Analyze financial results, identifying trends, and providing insights to senior management– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionablerecommendationsBudgeting & Forecasting– Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts– Collaborate with department heads to gather input and ensure accuracy in financialprojections– Track performance against budgets/forecasts and provide variance analysisReporting– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards andpresentations for senior leadership– Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as neededBusiness Partnering– Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and align financialstrategies with business objectivesProcess Improvement– Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and systems– Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracyJob Requirements– BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field– 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles– Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling– Experience with SAP is a plus– ⁠experience from a global manufacturing company is a plus– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills– Excellent communication and presentation skills– Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines– High attention to detail and accuracy– Fluent in EnglishThe position is in Petah Tikvah, Israel.If this sounds like it could be you, please send your CV to our HR contact at [email protected]
