Sales Manager

Sales Manager with a strong passion for developing long term customer partnerships while meeting short term targets in a highly competitive marketplace. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Key Distributors, international retailers and direct OEM clients Must understand, anticipate, and articulate customer needs and work with the client's business unit to develop solutions to meet those needs. Works closely with R&D to set the overall sales strategy and value proposition to the specific customer needs. Influences and impacts customer's buying decision. Works with customer's engineers to gain advanced insight into future network architectural changes. Presents and discusses with the customer the proposed solutions Profitably grow the business throughout the designated markets Coordinate and execute Sales meetings, trade shows, and conferences, as required Participate in developing the company pricing strategy Domestic and International travel may be required Deep understanding of the Antenna market, both from an operator and from a competitive vendor perspective - At least 5 years' experience with sales and marketing in the communication industry; network planning, deploying, and managing communication infrastructure projects, and the issues surrounding the management and usability of such products - Advanced knowledge of LTE/ Wi-fi / broadband. Familiarity with the wireless communication in the 802.11.XX standard - Experience initiating, developing and sustaining customer relationships (OEMs, integrators, distributors and partners) - Excellent written, communication and presentation skills - High sense of responsibility and organization skills - Spanish speaking- a plus - Experience with Military procurement- a plus - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- engineering knowledge - a plus
