We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing student to support our global event strategy - from planning logistics to post-event engagement. You’ll help maximize the impact of trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events where ThetaRay has a presence.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how events drive pipeline, partnerships, and brand awareness in the B2B SaaS space.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics for events we sponsor or attend (e.g., booth design, booth materials, swag, schedules) as well as for in-house events we organize (e.g., roundtables, executive dinners).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare event briefing docs.
Liaise with event organizers and suppliers.
Track deadlines for deliverables, shipments, and internal approvals.
Help manage post-event lead processing and follow-up coordination.
Support event promotion through email, LinkedIn, and internal communications.
Maintain an up-to-date event calendar and share regular progress updates.

Requirements
Current student in marketing, communications, or business
Available for a 60% position, with flexibility to support the team as needed.
High proficiency in English, both spoken and written - a must
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working across teams
Event planning experience is advantageous
Takes ownership of tasks and follows through independently
Tech savvy and comfortable using event management tools
Enthusiasm for fintech, AI, or global marketing is a bonus!
Most importantly - a strong desire to work hard and learn
