לחברה תעשייתית העוסקת בפיתוח, ייצור והרכבה של מוצרים דרוש/ה מנהל/ת ייצור
• ניהול ישיר של 4 מנהלים בייצור
• ניהול עקיף של מאות עובדים
• עמידה בתוכניות העבודה ברמה יומית/ שבועית עפ"י התוכנית של התפ"י
• אחריות על התייעלות כ"א הכולל ניהול קפדני שוטף והכנסת אוטמציה
• שיפור תהליכי עובדה ובקרה שוטפת של תפוקות - זמני מחזור, תפוקת מכונות, תפוקות לעובד
• בקרה שוטפת של פחת בתהליך וצמצום הפחת
• הובלת תחום הבטיחות במחלקות הייצור ועמידה ביעדי המפעל
• עבודה מול ממשקים רבים במפעל, הנדסה ופיתוח
• היכרות טובה עם תחום ה - Lean , הובלת אירועי קייזן, 6S
• הדרכות והובלה של צוותי הייצור
