What are we looking for?

We are seeking a talented and experienced program manager for a temporary position for 6 months, in Israel who possesses proven experience in managing multiple marketing programs across products, digital campaigns, events, sales support, PR, and AR activities.

You will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of multiple projects and programs within and across the organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that projects are completed on time, and within scope while maintaining the highest quality standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the globe to achieve project and program goals and drive success.

We are looking for someone who can pay attention to details while also understanding the bigger picture, serve as the integrating thread, be a team player, and know how to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a significant impact on the business.

How will you make an impact?

Define project and program objectives, project scope, roles, and responsibilities.
Collaborate directly with Portfolio, Demand Gen, Content, Creative, Events, PR, and AR teams.
Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation.
Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities, and manage the project's delivery according to this plan, on already existing processes and boards on Monday.
Oversee the development of projects and programs, ensuring that team members are efficiently carrying out their tasks while upholding the company's standards.
Manage and adjust to any changes in project scope and/or schedule.
Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Manage the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

What is needed to succeed?

At least 5 years of experience in program management roles or similar roles – Must.
Tech experience in Cyber organizations – Must.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English – Must.
Experience in project management on Monday- Must
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds and disciplines.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in an orderly manner.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, assertiveness, and the ability to motivate people to take action.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
