UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

Facilitate product vision from start to finish by using techniques like researching, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating user flows and mockups.
Become familiar with all aspects of the end-to-end user experience of Beamr Cloud and JPEGmini.
Work closely with PMs and other team members to make the experience of Beamr's products truly amazing!
Talk with customers and define personas.
Identify opportunities for improvement in work processes and collaborations and actively lead efforts to promote solutions.
Create intuitive, cohesive look & feel designs for new features.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in UI\UX design
Highly proficient in Figma, hands-on, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
Positive and "Can do" attitude, with great social skills and an excellent team player.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, quick decision-making within tight schedules without sacrificing quality
Attention to the smallest of details.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
