About the role

We’re looking for our first Talent Acquisition hire to build and own recruiting at Chamelio. This isn’t just about filling open roles. You’ll own the entire hiring function, from sourcing exceptional talent through offer, onboarding, and continuously improving how we hire.

You’ll partner closely with the founders and hiring managers to scale the company while building an AI-first recruiting operation that enables us to hire faster, smarter, and better.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end hiring process across technical and business roles, from sourcing through onboarding.

Build and continuously improve Chamelio’s Talent Acquisition function, processes, and hiring infrastructure.

Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent across engineering, product, AI, customer-facing, and GTM teams.

Lead hiring for R&D roles in Israel and GTM roles primarily in the US.

Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and talent priorities.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Leverage AI throughout the recruiting lifecycle, using the latest tools and workflows to automate repetitive work, improve sourcing, streamline coordination, and enable data-driven hiring decisions.

Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize the hiring process.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth startup or technology company.

Proven success recruiting both technical roles (Software Engineering, Product, AI, DevOps, QA, Design) and GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations).

Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.

A genuine AI-first mindset and excitement about leveraging AI tools to build a highly efficient recruiting function.

Experience building recruiting processes and infrastructure, not just executing existing ones.

Ability to understand technical profiles and assess candidate fit.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy.

A builder mentality with a desire to create scalable systems in a fast-growing startup.

Experience partnering directly with founders and senior leadership.
