Job Description Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, aligning, and adjusting mechanical or electronic components according to technical specifications and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain assembly stations and equipment.
Assemble units using hand tools, power tools, and production line machinery.
Test and calibrate components to ensure they meet product specifications and quality standards.
Identify and repair or replace defective parts.
Maintain accurate daily production records.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
Ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Up to 1 year of general work experience (preferred but not required).
