Bookkeeper - Collection (ZIM Israel)

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to our collection department that will handle the following:

Customers:

Sending customer tickets
Producing payment requirements for customers
Collecting debts from customers
Preparing income forecast cashflow
Conducting receipt or credit allocations or adjustments for charges
Contact with the customer regarding unpaid balances
Handling irregular cases with the import and export departments, the marketing and sales people at Zim Israel.
Making payments to customers with a credit balance and regular reporting
Handling special customers
Handling transit tickets for various customers
Preparing local credit committees

Requirements:

Certified Bookkeeper- Type 3 or a bachelor's degree in Economics/ Business Administration, with proven experience in collections – mandatory
Experience in the field of finance and accounting- an advantage
Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
Complete mastery of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good level of spoken and written English
