We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Projects team and lead the end-to-end delivery of international, high-impact technology projects that shape the future of the skies.
You will own the full project lifecycle – from planning and resource coordination to delivery – while ensuring customer requirements are translated into clear, actionable project plans and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across multiple international customers

Coordinate between High Lander’s internal teams, clients, regulatory authorities, and integration partners

Translate customer requirements into clear scopes of work (SoW), project plans, and actionable solutions

Support early-stage engagements with PoCs, solution design, and deployment planning

Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, budgets, and KPIs using best practices

Leverage AI-powered project management tools to streamline workflows, automate reporting, summarize meetings, and identify project risks in advance.

Monitor progress and ensure technical alignment across teams and stakeholders

Participate in on-site workshops, operational demos, and testing sessions

Provide status reporting and regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans and alternative solutions

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in project management (SaaS, complex system integration, or other high-tech environments) - must

Proven experience managing complex, customer-facing projects

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Monday.com) – must

Proven experience with AI-powered project management and productivity tools - must

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong system-level understanding and ability to learn new platforms quickly

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to travel internationally for project activities

Background in aviation, aerospace, or drone technologies – advantage
