Procurement Specialist- replacement for 10 months

Taboola is looking for a Procurement specialist to support the execution of the global purchasing activities. The position includes working closely with the Global procurement manager, various stakeholders within the company, and internal customers.

*This position is replacement for 10 months.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

Prepare, review and approval of purchase orders and order modifications according to the applicable process, making sure all data is recorded in the Procurement -System.
Internal Customer Support - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat including resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities in the various procurement tools.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Negotiate price and terms and conditions of selected purchase orders related to Saas, services and equipment. assuring most competitive pricing is achieved without sacrificing quality and delivery time.
Monitor / follow-up of on-time contract document receipt and signing
General administration work related to the procurement process such as digital filing, sorting, distributing, collection of signatures, etc.. ensuring full compliance and efficiency.
Ensure compliant and efficient processes are maintained while constantly driving process efficiency and simplification.
Preparing and writing process and procedures.

What are the skills a good Procurement Specialist needs to have?

2-3 years experience in procurement, working in an International company.
Excellent English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience working with a Procurement System.
Significant experience in writing process and procedures.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Experience with IT procurement - significant advantage.
